Thermal insulating coat Bifire Vacunanex It is the best performing solution in the world of thermal insulating panels.
Born from years of studies and tests with top-level technicians and researchers, it is a technologically advanced material with very high insulating capacities, capable of offering highly innovative contents, allowing for design applications in construction, industry and the navy, which were previously unthinkable.

  • Vacunanex, thanks to its insulating capacity, is unrivaled and is able to offer unique guarantees in the thermal insulation sector. It is used in applications from -70°C to 80°C.
  • Vacunanex uses Nanex technology based on nano-microporous silica; the microporous spherical particles have nanometric contact points and therefore the thermal conductivity by contact with solid bodies is reduced to the minimum possible. In addition, the micropores also minimize the heat transmission by convection. Through special opacifiers the radiation processes are further reduced.
  • Vacunanex is vacuum-packed and this completely avoids any heat transmission by convection; in this way, it is possible to obtain a much higher efficiency compared to traditional insulating materials.
    For example, while maintaining the same insulating capacity, Vacunanex® allows for a reduction in thickness of up to 10 times.
  • Vacunanex therefore allows projects that were previously unthinkable and having, for example, a thermal transmittance U of 0.26W/m²K with just 15 mm is now possible.
